Fibre optics can be mesmerising and extremely tactile. As such, they are handled a lot and will need cleaning regularly to ensure they are safe and free from bacteria. We suggest cleaning them weekly, however you may need to do this more often depending on the users. It’s also a good idea to have some antiseptic wipes nearby for quick cleaning when needed.
