Hospitals
Hospitals can be an overwhelming place for people who do not suffer from sensory or learning difficulties, let alone those who do. They can be a scary place with a lot of loud noise and people rushing around, so a fantastic addition to any hospital would be a sensory room.
It would create a safe place that those who struggle with sensory overload could go to calm down and relax. They are also a great way of developing senses, so for regular patients with special needs, it can be used as a place to hold more long term therapy sessions.
