Physical Skills

Physical Skills refer to the ability to move the whole body for physical activities and includes balancing and hand-eye coordination as well as gross motor skills, and is extremely important for navigating your way through life. For those with conditions as varied as cerebral palsy and dyspraxia, or sensory and proprioceptive difficulties caused by their autism, the development of physical skills can be delayed and require much more practice to develop. A soft play room or an immersive sensory room can provide users with an extremely high level of motivation to physically interact with their surroundings and learn to develop their physical skills.
