World Autism Awareness Day is an internationally recognised day that takes place on the 2nd of April every year. The day raises awareness of Autism suffers worldwide.

Have you thought about writing to local companies to ask for their assistance? Having a project sponsored is a popular way of getting the multisensory equipment that you need. Many companies would rather do this as they can physically see what they are buying rather than contributing to a pot of funds. A tangible sensory room or range of products makes good PR, your sponsor will be able to shout about their generous donation to all their Partners and Customers. In addition to helping the community and gaining a positive profile, donations can also attract tax relief for the company too, let the company know what’s in it for them!
